Vision Insurance

Vision insurance is used only for your yearly routine vision check-up. The doctor does a screening for eye health issues, as well as provides you with a prescription for glasses.

If you wear or would like to wear contact lenses, we will perform a contact lens evaluation to determine your new prescription. This may or may not be covered by vision insuarance.

Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is used for any eye related health issues. This includes eye injuries, infections, sudden vision loss, allergies, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other conditions that might occur.

 Our office accepts many insurance plans such as:

• Vision Service Plan (VSP)
• Medical Eye Services (MES)
• Eyemed [Majority of plans]

We are always happy to verify your vision plan.

 We are providers for most PPO medical insurance plans such as:

• Anthem/Blue Cross

• Cigna
