Doctor Ratinoff obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley where he also received his Doctor of Optometry degree.

His primary interest in optometry centers upon preventative eye care. Doctor Ratinoff also has a special interest in difficult-to-fit contact lens cases as well as co-managing pre- and post-operative patients.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the Santa Clara County Optometric Association.

Doctor Manjeet Mann graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Doctor Mann has acquired clinical experience dealing with comprehensive eye exams, fitting contact lenses and the diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye conditions and diseases.

She is an active member of both the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
