Our office policy calls for payment at the time services are rendered. We are happy to assist you in the filing of your insurance claim. We may not be able to know precisely what your vision or medical insurance will cover. If your insurance will not pay the anticipated amount, has not reimbursed our office within 60 days, or pays you directly, you will be responsible for the balance due. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
